No warranty on guidance
Guides, calculators, and estimates on this Site (including any grading or break-even figures) are provided “as is” for general information and are not financial, investment, or appraisal advice. Card values and grading outcomes vary; we make no warranty that any estimate will match an actual sale or third-party grade, and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on them.
Intellectual property
The TCG Treasury name, logo, and content are ours unless otherwise noted. Third-party marks (PSA, BGS, CGC, eBay, TCGplayer, and others) belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the services we discuss.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCG Treasury is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
